Cozy room, delicious breakfast buffet, as I enjoyed a variety of local and international dishes along with a great selection of beverages, and a convenient location just beside a shopping mall made exploring the area super easy.

The location is fantastic, right beside a mall, ensuring convenience! The breakfast variety was commendable, contributing to a pleasant start to the day.

The rooms feel outdated and need upgrades. the electrical outlets were loose. There were issues with cleanliness, especially in the bathroom.

It was an ideal choice for a short visit in Cagayan de Oro with good price value. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly nice, with enough variety to start the day off well. Make sure to ask for a room with good lighting if you prefer bright spaces.

Also, the check-in process was notably slow and confusing. it took extra time to confirm our room configurations which had been communicated beforehand. Overall, the experience had its perks but lacked some essential improvements.

Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a relaxing outdoor swimming pool. I will never forget when the staff helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. I had a great experience during my stay, especially enjoying the inviting breakfast and the comfy bed. The attention to detail in the room was noticeable. I would definitely choose this again!

During check-out, the line was chaotic and unorganized. The staff didn't acknowledge who was next in line and served someone else first. Additionally, my colleague in the Club Room waited too long for a hair dryer and missed breakfast altogether.

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room was clean and had a nice ambiance. The beds were comfy and perfect for resting after a long day. The location was convenient too, right next to the mall. However, I noticed some toilets lacked bidets, and the shower had a bit of a weird setup with water splashing into the toilet area. Overall, it was pretty decent.

I truly appreciated the spacious and clean room, along with the accessible lobby on the fourth floor, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate comfortably. The hotel’s tasteful decoration enhanced the welcoming atmosphere.
